Founded by Thomas Benndorf, an experienced IT specialist with over a decade of expertise in the industry, our company is built on a deep understanding of international client needs and a commitment to delivering tailored services that drive success. Initially motivated to serve local nonprofits in Hanoi and contribute positively to society, we have since expanded our focus to include IT outsourcing for businesses, while remaining true to our foundational vision.
After many years of working for various companies and projects, I observed that as businesses grow, their need for more complex systems also increases. However, coping with the rising costs and finding skilled workers who fit these requirements has become increasingly challenging. Upon moving to Vietnam, I recognized an opportunity to bridge the gap between the quality workforce available here and the needs of Western businesses. Learning Vietnamese and working in a Vietnamese environment for an extended period revealed not only the potential and capabilities of the local talent but also the advantage of more competitive wage rates. This understanding inspired the foundation of Dobe Solutions, aiming to connect this skilled Vietnamese workforce with international demands.
